Updated over a year ago

The Review page in the Target Eagle app is a comprehensive tool for analyzing your shooting performance. It offers detailed statistics and allows for adjustments to ensure accurate tracking and improvement. This guide breaks down the six sections of the Review page: Stats, Shot Placement, Shot Timer, Video Recording, Firearm Info, and Notes.

Stats

  • Overview: Here, you'll find aggregate data from your drill, including scores, round count, grouping, and timing.

  • Purpose: This section helps you understand your performance's broad aspects, providing a quick glance at your efficiency and accuracy.

Shot Placement

  • Functionality: Displays the shots captured by the app. Green markers indicate accurate shots, red markers show missed shots, and gray markers denote ignored shots from previous drills.

  • Adjustments: You have the option to "Mark Shots" for correct identification or "Delete" any inaccurately captured shots, ensuring your performance data is precise.

Shot Timer

  • Usage: Listen back to your drill's audio to analyze the timing of each shot. The "Mark Shot" button lets you account for missed detections, while the "Delete" button removes any incorrect captures.

  • Benefit: This feature aids in refining your speed and response time by providing auditory feedback on your shot timing.

Video Recording

  • Content: Watch a video of your drill to observe your stance, movement, and reaction during the exercise.

  • Advantage: Visual feedback is crucial for correcting and enhancing technique, posture, and overall performance.

Firearm Info

  • Selection: Input the specific firearm and caliber used during the drill for tailored performance tracking.

  • Importance: Accurate firearm data ensures the app's feedback and statistics are relevant and customized to your practice session.

Notes

  • Function: Here, you can jot down observations, adjustments made during the drill, or any other relevant information you wish to remember.

  • Utility: Notes serve as a personal logbook, allowing you to track progress over time and focus on specific areas for improvement.
